1. End User License Agreement (EULA)
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Secure Options software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. Secure Options grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for your personal or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with the tier you have purchased.
2. Subscription and Billing
Secure Options operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring fees to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. If you are not satisfied with the protection provided, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Secure Options software engine.
- Use the software to develop a competing cybersecurity product.
- Use the VPN service to conduct illegal activities, including but not limited to accessing child exploitation material, launching DDoS attacks, or distributing malware.
- Resell or lease your license keys to unauthorized third parties.
4. Updates and Upgrades
Cyber threats evolve rapidly. To ensure your protection, the Secure Options software may automatically download and install threat definition updates, engine upgrades, and patches without requiring additional consent. You agree to receive these automated updates as a core component of the service.
5. Termination
Secure Options reserves the right to terminate your license immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement or engage in prohibited use. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software and cease all use.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
